A perfect tour to discover the importance of Tagus river in Portuguese history, the longest one in the Iberian Peninsula. Tagus River was the starting point on the route of the Portuguese Discoveries Era. The biggest sailors started here their adventures across unknown seas, such as Vasco da Gama, on 15th century.
Let yourself be fascinated with Lisbon sights from the river. You will visit the most of the monuments and sightseeings from the river, like views from the Belem Tower, Discoveries Monument, Old Tower, the Bridge that looks like The Golden Gate Bridge, in San Francisco (We will tell you why), Christ The King, Lisbon Downtown, Commerce Square, St George Castle and Alfama.
If you want have your breakfast and at the same time have an adventure, this is the perfect tour for you. Can be a romantic breakfast, family breakfast or enjoying your friends' company, just relax and take your breakfast in the middle of the Tagus River, with Old Lisbon as your background.
This Sitway tour ends at Cais do Sodré near Praça do Comércio (City Historical Center), an important and bohemian neighbourhood that connects everyone into the city. Always along the river, you'll pass trough Lisbon and explore it, feeling like a local.
