Visit the places where locals love to get together to enjoy a good food and wine. You will mostly ride on safe lanes to avoid the streets with heavy traffic, when it is possible.
Admire the impressive monuments enlighted for the night such as the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and enjoy the moment of the sunset of Rome from a panoramic position, such as the Giardino degli Aranci at dusk will provoke unique emotions that you must experience at least once in your life.
Later, we will begin the tastings, we are focuses on product quality rather than quantity. Our goal is to make you taste high quality ingredients: small local dishes with a huge flavor.

- Trapizzino is a Roman invention, be enchanted by the peculiarity of the pizza, near Piazza Trilussa
- Causes an explosion of flavors at Pescaria, choosing between Fish Tartare, Salads with Fish or Fish Burger
