After we gather for the tour, we’ll head over to the main port in Split where we’ll depart. It’ll take us about 20 minutes to reach the ‘Gates of Split’, a small channel that runs between the islands of Brač and Šolta. After we’ve made it through, you’ll notice the island of Hvar in the distance, clear as day. You’ll even be able to make out the pines of its green hillsides, thriving vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields!

Before you know it, we’ll pull into the port of Hvar town – a former military base, the birthplace of organized tourism in Europe, and home to the oldest public theatre in Europe, which has roots back to 1612.

Today, Hvar is not only known for its history, but for its glamour, first-class clientele, and multi-million-dollar yachts.

We can’t head back to Split without a stop in Milna, a charming seaside village on the island of Brač where you get to taste some of the local wines.
