Make your own pizza in an authentic pizzeria

Learn how to make a classic Italian pizza during a 1:30 hour workshop with a local Italian chef as your guide. After learning and baking with all ingredients and equipment provided, enjoy your homemade pizza with a good glass of wine!
The cooking class will set you up with a station including a work plan, an apron and rolling pin. You will start with a theoretical and then practical lesson on working the dough, from the ingredients to wait times to two different ways of kneading the dough.

Then, choose which type of pizza you’d like to make:
Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano)
Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil)
Diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili)
After the lesson, you will enjoy a delicious bruschetta while your pizza is cooked in a Napolitan oven. Savor a red or white wine, while you taste your creations.
