Description
After the meeting we will see the area of 4 temples, excavated during fascism; the temples are dated between 3rd and 1st century B.C. In this area Giulio Cesar was murdered. We also visit the Ghetto, where still are ruins of Porticus of Octavia, sister of emperor Augustus. Next to the Ghetto we can see Marcello’s Theater. The theater started by Cesar, was complited by Augustus and dedicated to Marcello, young son of Octavia. Marcello’s Theater was the model for Coliseum built years later. Proceeding to Campo di Fiori, we have a stop in via dei Giubbonari to eat the In Campo di Fiori we will see the statue of Giordano Bruno with his incredible story and next square to visit is Farnese, where is the French embassy, considered the most beautiful in the entire world: in this palace worked as an architect, Antonio da Sangallo the young man, Michelangelo and Giacomo della Porta.
